About This Book

Acknowledgements

First and foremost, I’d like to thank the founders of OneStream – Tom Shea, Bob Powers, Craig Colby, John Von Allmen, Todd Allen, Terry Shea, Eric Davidson and Matt Baranowski – for not only creating a brilliant product but fostering an infectious company culture too. They are not only insanely smart but genuinely good people that I am proud to call both colleagues and friends.

I’d also like to thank Peter Fugere for hiring me and both him, Steve Mebius, and Jerri McConnell for being my early and present mentors.

This book was far from a one-man show, and I’d like to thank the numerous colleagues that helped me with this book. Eric Osmanski and Tommy Sandi provided technical editing as well as direct content contribution. Matt DeCarlo for providing the very well-detailed and thought-out Consolidation Rule examples in Chapter 8. Additional editing and help by Chul Smith, Nick Bollinger, Ludo De Paz, Matt Ha, and Sam Richards. Finally, Amanda Goralewski and James Lumsden-Cook for their editing and logistical efforts.
